Summary

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, meeting with clients and closing sales.

We've got work to do

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Must have existing customer accounts and have maintained excellent relationship with customers
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business / Engineering
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must have existing accounts of customers using stainless steel products
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of stainless steel products (long products, sheets, pipes & tubes, polishes, etc.)
  • Must have knowledge of payment terms and pricing
  • Must have a valid Ontario G class license
